Journal with me -January 2018

It is a new year and everybody want to start something new.
The best way to start a new year for me is to be organised and also to keep in touch with my inner self. Journal-ling is the best way of being organised and ensuring that I achieved my daily goals and that I do not miss any deadlines or important appointments.
I have four journals.
The first one is
I make a list of all appointments, deadlines, daily to-do list which I usually make a day before. A to-do list journal is a small journal that I keep in my bag and usually go with everywhere I go. I check me to do list journal in the morning, during the day and at night before I go to bed.T he second journal is
I used consciousness journal to clear my thoughts. I use it before I go to bed I write about everything that happened during the day, the good, the bad and the worse. Consciousness journal is more like an imaginary friend you tell everything about your life without being afraid of being judged. Consciousness journal also helps so much when you want to reflect in life.
 The Third and fourth
I use gratitude journal in the morning and before I go to bed to write everything I am thankful for. Gratitude is also the best way to thank God for everything that He has done for you. a gratitude journal helps you to be grateful and appreciate life because every day you have something you are grateful for. Gratitude helps you to be positive about life and be optimistic.
I use this journal to write all my ideas, inspiration and creativity. I use it to write my ideas about my blog , studies , business , career  and projects.IMG_20180107_141541IMG_20180107_141527
